About Stainless Steel (SUS)

Stainless steel is the alloy of chromium and nickel. Sometimes, it is referred as SUS, an acronym from Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). Stainless steel has various types to meet various needs, and is used in numerous precision machine parts, bolts, and nuts.

Sales process

One of our leading products is stainless steel and special steel bar, which are mainly from Aichi Steel, a well known company for its quality. In order to meet all needs of our clients, we deal with various products, from steel to its processing and its final product. Once we complete our meeting with our customer regarding their demand, our well trained staff gets into action with our cutting-edge facilities, to meet the demand of our precious customer. Then, every product goes through a check process, and then it is finally shipped to our customers. It is a broad idea, but that's how our sales activities go on.

SUS304

This is the most common stainless steel.
It is used in facilities for chemical plants, construction material, food processing facilities, paper making industries, vehicle industry, and kitchen ware. We also deal in not-annealed steel (round R).

SUS316

The corrosion and acid resistance is better than 304, by adding the Mo.
It has high temperature strength also.

SUS316L

This has corrosion resistance of grain boundary for being extra-low carbon steel.
It is used in petrochemicals industry, dyeing industry, textile industry, and food processing industry.

SUS303

By fortifying with S and P, its machinability has been enhanced.
It is used in automatic turning parts, shaft, bolt, and nuts.

SUS403

It is widely used in 13Cr steel. Heat treatment ensures a great level of strength.
It is used in manufacturing valve, pump shaft, nut, edged tools, bolt, and wings of steam turbine engine.

Peeling (Round stainless steel)

This is also referred as PM. The surface is proceeded by peeling to shining.
We keep a little positive tolerance in surface diameter.

Acid Washing (Round stainless steel)

Acid washing brings whitish color on the surface without shine.
It is one of our exclusive product same as peeling. In this case, We keep a little negative tolerance in surface diameter.

Polishing (Round stainless steel)

This is abbreviation of cold drawing process.
It is the process in which cold drawing is conducted via dice.
Surface is left with shining, and tolerance in the surface diameter is kept to h 9 level.
