We have good track record in heat steel processing and nickel alloy processing, not to mention special steel and stainless steel. We have introduced human-less operations to meet all needs of globalized world. We try to meet the needs of our clients with good cost performance strategy.

A perfect harmony of wind and light has been helping manufacturing visual products in Shodoshima, which is located in a beautiful nature.

n this plant, since the start of this company, we have been doing processing work with precision machines for round steel, hexagonal steel, and forged and cast steel. We have good track record in heat steel processing, nickel alloy processing, and, not to mention, in special steel and stainless steel. We manufacture our products as stream-lined process from ordering material, cut-work, machine processing, welding, assembling, inspection, packing, to shipping. We have been receiving good feedback especially in all types of valve, pump stem, shaft, pipe nozzle, tightening ring, etc. We shall aim higher level of operation with cost performance to meet the clients' needs of globalized world by introduction of human-less machines.

From material, coarse-grounding, to precision part processing, we serve our clients with simple drawing.

We have deployed large-sized combined machine (with milling function) and large-sized machining center, and we have been developing our products and test products with our highly skilled staff to meet the need of our clients. We can make various proposals during product development. Especially,　we possess friction pressure welding machine, which helps us to reduce raw material and minimize the processing time. Furthermore, in addition to part processing, we also have facilities for unit delivery, assembly, and inspection to meet all the needs of our precious customer.
